Reporting boundary
Our website report and related data cover the entire Tokyo Electron Group (26 consolidated companies). For certain social and environmental data, the reporting boundary is set differently in some cases due to differences in data characteristics and aggregation methods. Where the reporting boundary differs, this is noted individually in the relevant sections. “Tokyo Electron Group” and “Entire Group” refer to all 26 consolidated companies. “Japan” refers to the consolidated companies with sites located in Japan, and “Overseas” refers to the consolidated companies with sites outside Japan.
- Japan: Tokyo Electron Ltd., Tokyo Electron Technology Solutions Ltd., Tokyo Electron Kyushu Ltd., Tokyo Electron Miyagi Ltd., Tokyo Electron FE Ltd. and Tokyo Electron BP Ltd.
- Overseas: 20 consolidated subsidiaries (including Tokyo Electron America, Inc., Tokyo Electron Europe Ltd., Tokyo Electron Korea Ltd., Tokyo Electron Taiwan Ltd., Tokyo Electron (Shanghai) Ltd. and Tokyo Electron Singapore Pte. Ltd.)
