Tokyo Electron (TEL) issues an integrated report for the purpose of reporting our medium- to long-term profit expansion and continuous corporate value enhancement to our stakeholders.
In the 2025 report, we focused on enhancing the content centered on the following key points.

Key Points for the Integrated Report 2025
1. Includes messages by each officer, such as the Corporate Officer and Division Officer, in addition to messages by the CEO and Division Officer of the Finance Division and explains business strategies and superiority
2. Clearly relays corporate governance initiatives by including messages from the Chairman of the Board of Directors and newly appointed members and the contents of roundtable with outside officers
3. Reviews important value chain themes and systematically organizes the value creation story by including initiatives that align with them
