Announcement on Organization Changes and Personnel Changes
Tokyo Electron (TEL) announces the following changes in the organization and personnel changes.
1.Partial Changes in Organization of Dept. effective on October 1st, 2021
(1) The Etch Systems Sales 3rd Dept. and the Etch Systems Product Marketing Dept. will be newly established under the ESBU.
(2) The SDC Equipment Development Dept. under the Corporate Innovation Division will be integrated into the SDC System Development Dept., and the SDC Equipment Development Dept. will be abolished.
2. Personnel Changes of Tokyo Electron Ltd. effective on October 1st, 2021
