Tokyo Electron Limited (TEL) announces that the following partial changes in the organization and personnel changes have been decided.

(1) Corporate Administration Division will be reorganized to Administration Group composed by Human Resources & General Affairs Division (General Manager: Tatsuya Nagakubo) and Finance, Legal & IT Division (General Manager: Tetsuro Hori).
(2) Human Resources Dept., General Affairs Dept. and CSR Promotion Dept. will be set under General Manager, Human Resources, General Affairs, CSR Promotion (Tatsuya Nagakubo), in Human Resources & General Affairs Division.
(3) Accounting Dept., Finance Dept., and Intellectual Property Dept. will be set under General Manager, Accounting, Finance, Intellectual Property (Tetsuro Hori), Legal Dept. and Export and Logistics Control Dept. will be set under General Manager, Legal, Export and Logistics Control (Takeo Sasaki), Information Systems Dept. will be set under IT Division (General Manager: Yutaka Nanasawa) in Finance, Legal & IT Division.
4．Partial Changes in Organization of Dept. Effective on July 1st, 2017.
(1) EHS Promotion Center and Quality Promotion Dept. under Development & Production 2nd Division (General Manager: Hirofumi Kitayama) will be reorganized to Q-EHS Promotion Center and transferred to General Manager, EHS, Quality, Procurement (Hirofumi Kitayama).
(2) Corporate Procurement & Production Planning Dept. under Development & Production 2nd Division (General Manager: Hirofumi Kitayama), will be transferred to General Manager, EHS, Quality, Procurement (Hirofumi Kitayama) and Hirofumi Kitayama will be assigned to Vice President of the Dept.
(3) TFF Marketing 1st Dept. and TFF Marketing 2nd Dept. under TFF BU (General Manager: Shingo Tada) will be reorganized to TFF Product Planning Dept. and TFF Business Strategy Dept.
