The 2023 VLSI TSA will be held April 17-20 in Hsinchu, Taiwan!
Organized by the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) and technically sponsored by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), VLSI TSA is an international conference where experts from around the world exchange information on advances in semiconductor research, development, and manufacturing. The four-day event consists of numerous tutorials and plenary sessions by leading researchers and engineers from universities and companies around the world.
