The Japan Society of Applied Physics (JSAP) Autumn Meeting will be held in a Hybrid. The academic society continues its academic activities while tackling a succession of cutting-edge issues and interdisciplinary themes at the interface of engineering and physics in each era, such as semiconductors, optical and quantum electronics, and new materials. At the upcoming meeting, Tokyo Electron (TEL) is scheduled to give two invited lectures, one panel discussion, and one oral presentation.
In addition, a symposium for students and young researchers is being organized. Mr. Yokoyama, an engineer working on dry-etch process development in the Advanced Development Division, will give an invited talk. Please join us!
