Target

The 69th Spring Meeting of the Japan Society of Applied Physics (JSAP) will be held in a hybrid format from March 22 to 26. The academic society has historically been vigorously pursuing the most current interdisciplinary themes in which engineering and physics converge, including semiconductors, opto- and quantum electronics, and new materials. At the upcoming meeting, Tokyo Electron (TEL) and its research partners are scheduled to give eight presentations including an invitational lecture.
As part of the Spring Meeting, JSAP and Semiconductor Equipment Association of Japan (SEAJ) have been co-hosting a symposium aimed at students and young researchers for three years. The guest speakers for this symposium include engineers and researchers from Japanese companies working at the forefront of semiconductor innovation. They will share their experience of working on semiconductor technology as well as the excitement and pride of being a part of the semiconductor industry. From TEL, Takashi Tohara has been invited to speak about the company. This online symposium is open to everyone and free of charge with no need for pre-registration, so why not join in!
