TEL provides outstanding products and services to customers through a global network in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

The United States is headquarters for 5 TEL Group Companies, with 19 sites across the country. Tokyo Electron U.S. headquarters is based in Austin, Texas, home to both Tokyo Electron U.S. Holdings, Inc. and Tokyo Electron America, Inc. The U.S. is home to the largest integrated research and development center in the world, TEL Technology Center, America, LLC. in Albany, New York that has been in operation for over 20 years.

Outside of Japan, the U.S. also holds the only TEL equipment manufacturing facility, TEL Manufacturing and Engineering America, Inc. in Chaska, Minnesota. TEL Venture Capital, Inc. is based in Silicon Valley, California and has a global investment reach, targeting emerging innovations and perspectives worldwide.

At Tokyo Electron U.S., we value creativity, collaboration, and innovation. We pride ourselves on sustainability efforts, with a 98.5% waste material recycle rate and is our membership in the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), a global initiative promoting supply chain sustainability.
