The 2021-2022 TEL-FUDAN Scholarship Ceremony was held at Fudan University in Shanghai. This year marks the 60th anniversary of Tokyo Electron, as well as the 118th anniversary of the founding of Fudan University and the 10th anniversary of the School of Microelectronics of Fudan University.
This activity began in 2018, and Although progress in conducting the 2022 scholarship program was affected by the pandemic, the importance of the program was maintained, as always, both by FUDAN and Tokyo Electron Shanghai（TES）.
After careful and responsible review of the participating essays by members of the judging panel, 14 outstanding scholarship winners were finally selected. As a result, we were able to hold a successful awards ceremony in June and TES became the first company to conduct a school-enterprise campaign with Fudan University this year.
After the award ceremony, the representatives of the awarded students reported on the awarded papers, and the representatives of the teachers and students and the attendees from TES had a warm discussion on technical progress and cooperation.
We all hope to jointly help cultivate talent for the semiconductor business through further innovative forms of cooperation.
