Tokyo Electron Korea (TEK) hosted the Earth Environment Education "Dinosaur Edition" for children from childcare facilities at Seoul Land in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi-do. This educational program was designed and executed coinciding with Earth Day (April 22), which is dedicated to raising awareness about environmental pollution issues, and to instill interest in the Earth's environment and ecosystems.

Over 150 individuals, including children and teachers from 18 childcare facilities in Gyeonggi-do, participated in this initiative. Additionally, 30 TEK employee volunteers joined to support the coordination of the event and supervise the children.
The Earth Environment Education "Dinosaur Edition" featured a lecture by the renowned "Bearded Science Communicator," Mr. Lee Jeongmo (former director of the Gwacheon National Science Museum ), who used familiar examples and language to address children's queries about dinosaurs. Simultaneously, he explained the causes of dinosaur extinction and the seriousness of environmental changes in an easily understandable manner.

Following the lecture, children, accompanied by employee volunteers, enjoyed exploring the Dinosaur Lab within Seoul Land, where dinosaur models were exhibited. They also had the opportunity to engage in activities such as dinosaur fossil excavation, while experiencing various attractions and exhibits within Seoul Land.

Related parties from the participating childcare facilities expressed gratitude saying "The opportunity provided by TEK's sponsorship, which enabled children who rarely have the chance to visit amusement parks to enjoy special lectures and extraordinary experiences."

TEK remains dedicated to engaging in social contribution activities that contribute to the local community.
