NEWTokyo Electron Donates to the Noto Peninsula Earthquake of 2024

Tokyo Electron Limited has donated 100 million yen through the Japanese Red Cross Society for the damage caused by the Noto Peninsula Earthquake of 2024 that occurred on January 1.
