In March, Israel office celebrated a week of Purim, a Jewish celebration. It is a traditional celebration with local people dressing in costumes and giving food and sweets.
To support their local community, our employees of Tokyo Electron Europe（Kiryat Gat office in Israel）visited the children’s wards of the two main hospitals to donate chocolate boxes.
There were around 150 sick children in the hospitals, who couldn’t celebrate this festive event in their normal way with family and friends while they are in the hospital.
Our employees dressed up with colourful decorations, which contributed to cheer up the sick children enormously. They were rewarded with the happy smiles of children.
