Tokyo Electron Announces Epsira™, a New DX Solutions Concept for Improving Equipment and Field Operation Productivity

Tokyo Electron (TEL; Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Toshiki Kawai) has announced the creation of Epsira^™, a new concept for digital transformation (DX) solutions. Epsira is a digital infrastructure that establishes a data connection between equipment and the customer field. This creates value in two areas: equipment productivity and field operation productivity.

The name Epsira^™ reflects our aspiration for a bright future made possible by DX solutions. Epsira enhances customer productivity by improving field production efficiency, boosting yields, and increasing equipment availability.
