Tokyo Electron is a Double Winner of 2024 TSMC Excellent Performance Award

Tokyo Electron (TEL) received the prestigious 2024 TSMC Excellent Performance Award for both Excellent Technology Collaboration and Production Support from Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (TSMC). These awards, which are highly regarded in the semiconductor industry recognize companies that have made significant contributions to TSMC’s business throughout 2024. This is the first time TEL has won two awards at TSMC’s annual Supply Chain Management Forum, a testament to the company's exceptional performance. The awards were given in recognition of TEL’s leading-edge multi-process technology solutions based on a broad product portfolio, which has been instrumental in TSMC’s growth.

The 2024 TSMC Excellent Performance Award recognizes select suppliers with outstanding performance in the innovation, technology collaboration, global production support, green manufacturing, automation systems and fab construction management categories.

TEL has received this award for Excellent Technology Collaboration for four consecutive years due to its outstanding development support by consistently pushing the limits of technological advancement. TEL has also been recognized for Production Support in appreciation of its exceptional development support and agile supply, which have supported TSMC's global capacity expansion.
