Tetsuro Higashi (Former Chairman, President & CEO) Receives the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Star

Tokyo Electron (TEL) announced today that Tetsuro Higashi, former TEL Chairman, President & CEO, received the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Star in the 2020 Spring Conferment of Decorations, in recognition of his seminal contributions to the development of the semiconductor industry and TEL.
