TEL Hosts Fifth Annual E-COMPASS Day

Tokyo Electron (TEL; Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Toshiki Kawai) hosted its TEL E-COMPASS Day event on March 13, presenting a report on its environmental activities to business partners.

The hybrid event marked the fifth time this annual event has been held, with 539 business partners attending in person or virtually.

The event's theme for this fiscal year^*1 was “Promoting Environmental Activities Through Co-creation.” Presentations included an activity report on our E-COMPASS^*2initiative, updated environmental information, and activity plans for the upcoming business year.

No corporation can address all environmental challenges on its own. These issues require collaboration across the industry. The E-COMPASS Day event gives us an opportunity to share with business partners what is at stake and ensure that our future activities are more sustainable and robust.

We will continue to collaborate with business partners to establish and enhance our sound and unified environmental supply chain management practices.
