Tokyo Electron Recognizes its Green Partners

Tokyo Electron (TEL; Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Toshiki Kawai) has announced the recognition of 32 business partners who provided exceptional support for its environmental activities during this fiscal year^*1. TEL designated them as Green Partners to express its respect and appreciation.
　
The Green Partner program recognizes TEL’s business partners who have provided outstanding cooperation and contributions to its environmental activities during the fiscal year. Recipients are chosen from business partners who have participated in the E-COMPASS^*2 initiative, which aims to reinforce environmental supply chain management activities, including compliance with environmental laws and regulations. TEL updates its list of Green Partners annually to respond flexibly to global environmental changes. The initiative is now in its third year.

Many of our business partners have maintained their Green Partner status, which demonstrates the strength of our supply chain. Through close cooperation with its business partners, TEL will continue to develop and reinforce sound and robust environmental supply chain management practices.
