Tokyo Electron Hosts First TEL E-COMPASS Logistics & Facility Day
Tokyo Electron (TEL; Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Toshiki Kawai) hosted the inaugural TEL E-COMPASS*1 Logistics & Facility Day on June 11, bringing together business partners from the logistics and facility industries to share updates on TEL’s environmental initiatives.
Over the years, the TEL Group has actively worked to reduce the environmental impact of its logistics operations and conserve energy in its facilities. This event served as a platform to communicate TEL’s environmental policies and vision, while also inviting partners to present their own sustainability efforts. Representatives from these business partners were also invited to give presentations on topics such as the extensive use of electric vehicles and the development of STW*2 corrugated cardboard—a joint project with TEL. 283 participants joined this hybrid event, either in person or online.
TEL remains committed to strengthening environmental supply chain management in close collaboration with its partners.
