TEL Participates in the SEMI SCC-EC (Energy Collaborative)
Tokyo Electron (TEL; Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Toshiki Kawai) is pleased to announce its participation in the Energy Collaborative (EC) established by SEMI*1 and the SEMI Semiconductor Climate Consortium (SCC)*2.
The EC aims to reduce carbon emissions from the global semiconductor industry by working on issues related to low-carbon energy installation in the Asia-Pacific region. As the importance of addressing climate change increases in society, TEL will contribute to the promotion of low-carbon energy installation through collaboration with EC member companies.
