Revision of "Tokyo Electron Group Human Rights Policy"
Tokyo Electron (TEL; Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Toshiki Kawai) has reviewed its “Human Rights Policy” (established in 2017) and revised it to the now "Tokyo Electron Group Human Rights Policy."
We are conscious of our corporate social responsibility, and we recognize that it is important to conduct ourselves with a strong sense of integrity. From our company’s inception, we have upheld human rights and we incorporate the concept of respect into every aspect of our business activities. We firmly believe that “Our corporate growth is enabled by people, and our employees both create and fulfill company values,” and we strive to nurture a dynamic corporate culture where each person can realize their full potential.
In this revision, in order to reflect the actual status of our initiatives, we have reviewed the content of Governance, Human Rights Impact Assessment & Redress Process (Human Rights Due Diligence), Grievance Mechanisms, etc.
We continually value the importance of respecting Human Rights, as we work to realize our vision of being “a company filled with dreams and vitality that contributes to technological innovation in semiconductors”.
