Tokyo Electron (TEL) announces the following changes in organization and personnel.

1. Partial Changes in Organization

Re-brand of the Frontend Process Business Division (effective on April 1, 2025)

We will re-brand the Etch Systems Product Marketing Dept. to the Etch Systems Product Marketing Dept.

2. Personnel Changes for Executive Officers of Subsidiary effective on March 1st, 2025*
