Announcement on Organization Changes and Personnel Changes
Tokyo Electron (TEL) announces the following partial changes in the organization and personnel changes.
1．Partial Changes in Organization
Effective on August 1st, 2017
(1) Advanced Data Planning Dept. will be newly established under Technology Strategy Division (General Manager: Gishi Chung).
(2) Corporate Strategic Development Dept. will be reorganized as a Project, and transferred under Corporate Project Dept.
(3) Product Strategy Dept. under CTSPS BU (General Manager: Seisu Ikeda) will be abolished.
Effective on October 1st, 2017
(1) Finance Division (General Manager: Ryoji Omata) will be newly established under Finance, Legal & IT Division (General Manager: Tetsuro Hori) and Accounting Dept., Finance Dept. will be set under Finance Division.
