Announcement on Organization Changes and Personnel Changes
Tokyo Electron Limited (TEL) announces that the following partial changes in the organization and personnel changes have been decided.
1. Partial Changes in Organization
(1) Effective on April 1st, 2017
Three departments (Innovative Technology Planning Dept., Corporate Strategic Development Dept., VC Dept.) under Innovative Technology Planning Division (General Manager: Gishi Chung) will be placed under Advanced Semiconductor Technology Division (General Manager: Akihisa Sekiguchi).
(2) Effective on July 1st, 2017
Tokyo Electron Yamanashi Ltd. and Tokyo Electron Tohoku Ltd. will merge to create Tokyo Electron Technology Solutions Ltd.
(3) Effective on July 1st, 2017
The Product Development Center and Process Development Center, which sit under Product Development Division (General Manager: Sadao Sasaki) of Tokyo Electron Ltd., will be transferred to Tokyo Electron Technology Solutions Ltd.
