Announcement on Organization Changes and Personnel Changes
Tokyo Electron Limited announces that the following partial changes in the organization and personnel changes have been decided.
I. New Organization Structure Effective on January 1st, 2016

New Organization Structure is aimed to achieve the Medium-term Business Plan by implementation of the key challenges to enhance product competitiveness and customer support, profit standards.
