Announcement on Change of Representative Director, President & CEO
Tokyo Electron Limited (Tokyo Electron) announced that at the Board of Directors’ meeting held today, Tokyo Electron resolved the following change of Representative Director effective January 1, 2016.
1. Reason for the change
It is aimed at enhancement of the management structure and implementation of the growth strategy led mainly by the new executives and the new organization for the purpose of driving further growth and increasing corporate value in the semiconductor industry at a significant inflection point.
