Tokyo Electron Limited announced that at its Board of Directors held on May 25, 2015, it had provisionally decided on the following change in Representative Director. Following change is subject to the resolutions of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 19, 2015, and its subsequence meeting of Board of Directors.

To change the management structure and solidify the management.
