Tokyo Electron Completes Construction of TEL Technology Center Tsukuba

Tokyo Electron Limited (TEL) announced that it has completed the construction of the TEL Technology Center Tsukuba in Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture.

In addition to conducting process development and evaluation as TEL’s research and development facility for the photovoltaic cell production equipment business, the TEL Technology Center Tsukuba will also act as a base in the semiconductor production equipment business for the development of key technologies and future technologies, as well as for the discovery and development of technology in new fields.
