TEL Announces Organizational and Personnel Changes
The following changes in the company organization and personnel will become effective on February 1st, 2012.

Corporate Communications Dept.will be renamed Investor Relations Dept. and Public relations group of Corporate Communications Dept.will be transferred to General Affairs Dept.
