TEL Announces Partial Change in the Organization
The following partial organization changes will become effective on October 1, 2011.

RLSA Etch Systems Sales Dept. will be established under the ESBU, and the sales and marketing operations for RLSA Etch Systems currently conducted in the RLSA Division will be transferred to ESBU.
