TEL Announces Changes in the Organization and Important Personnel
The following changes in the organization and important personnel will become effective on April 1st 2011.
1. Partial Changes in the Organization Effective on April 1st
1.Clean Track Dept. under CTBU will be divided into Clean Track Sales 1st Dept. and Clean Track Sales 2nd Dept.
2.Surface Preparation Systems Dept. under SPSBU will be divided into Surface Preparation Systems Sales Dept. and Surface Preparation Systems Marketing Dept.
3.Etch Systems Dept. under ESBU will be divided into Etch Systems Sales Dept. and Etch Systems Marketing Dept.
4.Corporate Next Generation Strategic Planning Dept. will be newly established.
5."FPD Division" will be abolished, and "FPDBU", "FPD Sales", "PV Project" will come under the direct control of President, and "New Products Development Dept." will be transferred under "FPDBU".
6."Tokyo Electron AT Ltd." will change the name to "Tokyo Electron Yamanashi Ltd.", and will change the address of the head office from Matsushima-machi, Miyagi-gun, Miyagi to Nirasaki City, Yamanashi.
7."Tokyo Electron FE Ltd." and "Tokyo Electron PS Ltd." will be merged to "Tokyo Electron FE Ltd.".
