Announcement for Executive Management, Important Personnel and Organizational Changes
Tokyo Electron Limited (TEL) announced that it has decided on the list of candidates for corporate directors and statutory auditors. TEL also announced some of its organizations and personnel changes, which will take effect on June 1st.

(1)The PVE BU (Oerlikon Systems Dept., PVE New Products Planning Dept.) will be split off from the FPD/PVE Division and form the PVE Division (General Manager: Takashi Ito; SVP). The former FPD/PVE Division will then be renamed the FPD Division (General Manager: Mitsuru Onozato; EVP).
(2)The FPD/PVE New Products Development Department will be renamed the New Products
Development Department.
