SEMICON SOUTH EAST ASIA 2026 will be held in Malaysia from May 5 to 7. It is the largest microelectronics exhibition and conference in South East Asia, bringing together industry experts and leaders from the semiconductor ecosystem and academia.
From Tokyo Electron (TEL), Dr. James Papanu, Senior Director of 3DI Technology, will speak at the Advanced Packaging & Heterogeneous Integration Summit and present "Key APHI Enablers to Sustain the AI/HPC Juggernaut: Bonding, Test and Metrology". At Sustainability Summit, Takuo Kawauchi, General Manager, Environmental Affairs, will be present "TEL’s Environmental Sustainability Initiatives".
