SEMICON SOUTH EAST ASIA 2025

SEMICON SOUTH EAST ASIA 2025 will be held in Singapore from May 20 to 22. It is the largest microelectronics exhibition and conference in South East Asia, bringing together industry experts and leaders from the semiconductor ecosystem and academia. Expect a wealth of activities at SEMICON SEA 2025 and engaging discussions with professionals and opinion leaders from semiconductor companies around the world.

From TEL, Dr. James PAPANU, Senior Director of 3DI Technology, will be speaking at the Advanced Packaging & Heterogeneous Integration Summit! Titled "Process, Hardware and Integration: Synergy for Advanced Packaging Tools," he will provide an overview of the TEL Advanced Packaging portfolio from both the hardware and process perspectives, internal test vehicles for bonding and laser processing, and process integration flows will be presented.
