The International Memory Workshop (IMW) 2025, focusing on semiconductor memory technologies—including the highly anticipated HBM—is set to take place in California from May 18 to 21!

A tutorial session will be held on the 18th, followed by technical presentations scheduled from the 19th to the 21st. The main topic of the tutorial will be HBM (High Bandwidth Memory), which reflects the rapid technological innovations associated with HBM that are currently garnering significant attention. During the technical presentations, lively discussions will cover diverse memory device process technologies and device technologies, including DRAM, NAND, Emerging Memory, and In-Memory Computing.

Memory devices have continued to scale and have undergone significant evolution and structural transformation since their inception. They have played a crucial role in advancing ICT technologies. TEL contributes to technological innovation through a comprehensive lineup of manufacturing equipment and technical solutions essential for the production of memory devices.

At IMW 2025, Motoyuki Sato, Project Leader of the Device Technology Planning Department at TEL, will contribute to discussions on the latest technological trends as a session chair. We look forward to seeing you at the venue!

TEL is proud to support IMW 2025 as a sponsoring company.
