The Women in Semiconductors (WiS) program, hosted by the SEMI Foundation and held in conjunction with the SEMI Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Conference (ASMC), will take place!
This year's theme is “ Empowerment in Action and Beyond Buzzwords with a focus on real actions to create success." This year's program transitions from discussion to actionable strategies that can help women secure internal job opportunities and foster career advancement, and lead to real systemic change. It emphasizes that creating inclusive workplaces where everyone belongs and has an opportunity is critical to everyone's success.
We are very proud to announce that Rosanna A. Robert, an Etch Process Engineer at TEL Technology Center, America, will serve as one of the co-chairs for this event. Additionally, Alex Oscilowski, President of TEL Technology Center, America, will participate in the panel discussion. Please look forward to it!
At TEL, we are promoting workplaces where everyone—regardless of gender—can work stress-free with high motivation, enabling us to turn the diversity of our employees into a competitive strength.
