The Japan Society of Applied Physics (JSAP) Autumn Meeting will be held in a Hybrid at Kumamoto Castle Hall and three other venues from September 19 to 23! A hybrid event will be held again this year.
The academic society continues its academic activities while tackling a succession of cutting-edge issues and interdisciplinary themes at the interface of engineering and physics in each era, such as semiconductors, optical and quantum electronics, and new materials.
Tokyo Electron (TEL) and co-authors will give three invited lectures and seven presentations. In addition, a symposium for students and young researchers is being planned for the general public. The symposium will be streamed live online. Ms. Miyahara, a female engineer working on process technology development at our development and manufacturing site in Kumamoto, will give an invited presentation on the theme of "Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment is Full of Diversity in Technology and People! She will talk about her work environment and her job as an engineer. Please join us!
