About 2022 VLSI-TSA:
(1) From April 18th to April 21st, 2022, the in-person symposium will be held at the Ambassador Hotel Hsinchu, Taiwan (for local attendees). Besides, the event will livestream all the Joint Sessions, which will be open to both in-person and online attendees.
Live sessions include 3 joint plenary sessions, 2 joint special sessions and 1 luncheon talk.
(2) From April 25th to May 24th, 2022, the virtual symposium provides on-demand video presentations on the 2022 VLSI-TSA website.

Organized by Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) and technically cooperation with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the VLSI-DAT symposium provides excellent opportunities for industrial and scientific researchers via presentations and discussions on innovations and achievements related to VLSI design, automation and test. It also includes various hot topics, such as AI, IoT and bio-medical electronics.
