The 2021 International Symposium on VLSI Technology, Systems and Applications (2021 VLSI-TSA) will be held on April 19-22 in Taiwan. Additionally, April 23 to May 25, an on-demand virtual conference will be held. The purpose is to bring together scientists and engineers actively engaged in the research, development, and manufacturing of VLSI Technology, Systems and Applications to discuss the latest progress in this field. Tokyo Electron (TEL) and collaborators will give an overview and report on the latest research regarding Ferroelectric and Antiferroelectric materials that have been attracting attention in recent years.
