Regarding the earthquake that occurred in Kumamoto around 4：27 P.M. on July 28, the situation at the Tokyo Electron Kyushu is as follows:
As of now, no major damage to buildings or facilities has been confirmed at either the Koshi or Ozu plant of Tokyo Electron Kyushu in Kumamoto Prefecture.
Tomorrow, we will prioritize safety above all else and suspend operations at both plants to conduct safety inspections.

When plant operations resume, we will promptly provide an update.
