Regarding the earthquake that occurred in Yamanashi around 10:29 p.m. on June 26, the situation at the Tokyo Electron Technology Solutions Head Office/Fujii Plant and Hosaka Plant is as follows:

We have been able to confirm that the buildings and facilities sustained no damage at the Tokyo Electron Technology Solutions Head Office/Fujii Plant and Hosaka Plant in Yamanashi prefecture. Both plants are operating as usual.

Furthermore, regarding the earthquake that occurred in Tohoku around 5:21 a.m. on June 28, no damage to buildings and facilities has been confirmed at the Tokyo Electron Technology Solutions Tohoku Plant and operations are proceeding as usual.
