Notice Regarding the Impact of Typhoon Shanshan

Due to the approach of Typhoon Shanshan in the Kyushu region, Tokyo Electron’s plant in Kumamoto, Japan was temporarily closed on August 29th and 30th for the safety of our employees. We confirmed that none of the employees at Tokyo Electron’s plant in Kumamoto was injured, and that its buildings and facilities sustained no damage. We will resume the operation normally from September 2nd. Also, the closure has no impact on production.
