Response to the earthquake in Kumamoto, Japan(5th report)

Tokyo Electron Limited (TEL) has been responding to the continuous earthquakes occurring at Kumamoto region, from the early hours of April 16th.

For the current status, we have been able to confirm that TEL group employees at the Koshi Plant and the Ozu Plant in Kumamoto are unharmed, and the constructions of these buildings sustained no major damage.
As aftershocks are continuously occurring at that area, TEL will continue to take various actions with placing their highest priority on safety.

For the response to the earthquakes, we will make further announcements as additional information becomes available.
