Response to the earthquake in Kumamoto, Japan(4th report)

We would like to express our deepest sympathy to everyone who has been affected by the earthquake in Kumamoto.
Tokyo Electron Limited (TEL) set up the Earthquake Emergency Response Headquarters immediately after the earthquake occurred, and has been responding to the disaster.

As of 18:00 on April 15, the situation of the TEL group sites in Kumamoto is as follows:

We have been able to confirm that all of TEL group employees at the Koshi Plant and the Ozu Plant in Kumamoto are unharmed.
The two plants are sustained no major damage to their buildings and are now operating at a near-normal level, giving due consideration to safety.
