TEL's Status Update on the Great East Japan Earthquake

Tokyo Electron Miyagi, Matsushima plant that had been under restoration work since the March 11th and April 7th earthquake, has resumed its operation from May 9. With this reopen, all of Tokyo Electron group plants and facilities in affected area are now in operations.

We will keep doing our best to maintain stable supply of our products.
