Tokyo Electron Announces Change in Representative Director
Tokyo Electron announced that at its Board of Directors held on May 28, 2020, it had provisionally decided on the following change in Representative Director effective on June 23, 2020. Following change is subject to the resolutions of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 23, 2020, and its subsequence meeting of Board of Directors.
1. Reason for the changes
To promote continuous strengthening of management structure.
