Announcement on Organization Changes and Personnel Changes
Tokyo Electron Limited (TEL) announces that the following partial changes in the organization and personnel changes have been decided.
1. Partial Changes in Organization Effective on January 1st, 2017
(1) Deputy General Manager, Business Division (Seisu (Yoh) Ikeda) will be newly assigned under Business Division(General Manager: Toshiki Kawai) in order to manage CTSPS, ES and TFF BU.
(2) Keiichi Akiyama, Deputy BUGM (CT) and Shinichi Hayashi, Deputy BUGM (SPS) will be newly assigned as the role of assisting CTSPS BUGM (Seisu (Yoh) Ikeda).
