Announcement on Organization Changes and Personnel Changes
Tokyo Electron Limited (TEL) announces that the following partial changes in the organization and personnel changes have been decided.

(1) BU Reorganization
-TPSBU, SDBU and New Product Development will be merged to “Thin Film Formation BU”(Shingo Tada, General Manager).
-CTBU and SPSBU will be merged to “Clean Track & SPS BU”(Seisu (Yoh) Ikeda, General Manager).
-CertasTM related business under SPSBU will be transferred to ESBU(Yoshinobu Mitano, General Manager).
