Announcement on Organization Changes and Personnel Changes
Tokyo Electron Limited (TEL) announces that the following partial changes in the organization and personnel changes have been decided.
1. Partial Changes in Organization Effective on January 1st, 2016
"Product Marketing Dept." under ESBU (BUGM: Yoshinobu Mitano) will be transferred to Tokyo Electron Miyagi Ltd.
2. Personnel Change for concurrent position at subsidiary by Corporate Director of TEL Effective on January 1st, 2016
The position of Chairman of Tokyo Electron U.S. Holdings, Inc. will be changed from Tetsuro Higashi who is the current Representative Director and President of TEL, to Toshiki Kawai who is the new Representative Director and President of TEL effective on January 1st, 2016.
