Announcement on Partial Changes in the Organization
The following partial changes in the organization will become effective on October 1st, 2013.
1. Changes in sales departments of SPE
(Purpose)
“SPE Sales Division” is got to take an initiative role of sales in order to reinforce sales capabilities for each customer and region, so that the change will contribute to improve customer satisfactions and enhance business operations.
(Outline)
Sales departments in Business Unit (BU) of SPE will be transferred to “SPE Sales Division” in stages as follows.
1st Step (October):Sales departments for domestic customers will be integrated.
2nd Step :Sales departments for customers in other areas will be integrated.
2. Partial Changes in the Organization Effective on October 1st, 2013
(1) “ESBU” (General Manager: Hikaru Ito, Deputy General Manager: Yoshinobu Mitano) will be reorganized as follows.
a. “Product Sales 1st Dept.” will be newly established.
b. “RLSA Etch Systems Sales Dept.” will be renamed “Product Sales 2nd Dept.”.
(2) Employees in sales departments in BU of SPE will be transferred to new groups under “Japan Sales, SPE Sales Division”.
