Tokyo Electron Announces Changes in Corporate Director and Audit & Supervisory Board Member
This is to inform you about the following changes in the organization and important personnel changes.
1. Partial Changes in the Organization Effective on July 1st
(1) “SPE Process Development Division” and “SPE Marketing” will be merged to “SPE Marketing & Process Development Division” (General Manager: Gishi Chung).
(2) “IT” under “Corporate Administration Division” will be transferred under Hirofumi Kitayama, Senior Executive Vice President.
(3) “TSBU” and “3DI” will be merged to “ATSBU” (Assemble & Test System BU, BUGM: Yuichi Abe), and "ATS Marketing Dept." will be newly established under "ATSBU".
(4) “Common Platform Project Dept.” will be newly established under “System Development Division”.
(5) “FPD/PV Sales” will be renamed “FPD Sales”.
(6) “Corporate Strategic Development Dept.” will be transferred under “Corporate Development Division” (General Manager: Shigetoshi Hosaka).
